Ocean Vista Beach Stay is a rear private 2 story house, only a 2 minute walk to the foreshore, offers amazing views of the Bay from the kitchen, meals area and family room. The property is situated opposite the renown Pond used by many windsurfers and kiteboarders. There are 4 bedrooms of which 3 have double beds and the 4th large bedroom contains 3 bunk beds. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs as is the laundry with separate toilet and shower. Upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms, main bathroom with a step up bathtub/shower, separate toilet, the main living area, consisting of a large kitchen, meals area and family room with amazing views of the ocean. There is a large dining table that can seat 8 guests .
Down the road there is a IGA store, butcher, fish and chips shop, and cafes. The area offers many sights, Penguin Island, Seal Island, Point Peron, Garden Island Ocean bridge, swim with the Dolphins, Snorkeling, Golf courses, Wineries, Cinemas & many Cafes, Restaurants and Rockingham City Shopping Centre.
