The Canal House

This water side house is perfect for relaxing on the canals throughout the year with a beautiful view of the Mandurah canals. This house is the perfect getaway just a 45 minute drive from Perth whether you want to relax and simply enjoy the scenery or whether you want to have an activity filled holiday. With a boat ramp just down the road and its own personal jetty this place is perfect for boat-lovers of all size, a short trip to catch some crabs or to a local fishing spot Mandurah has everything. The Mandurah foreshore is only a short car drive from the house. Come and Enjoy this peaceful spot which will provided everyone with hours of entertainment.

Canal living

With views of the canals and 5 bedrooms, we found The Canal House to be perfect for our large group. Plenty of parking, outside seating and conveniently located. The lovely host, Joan, kept in contact and reminded us to bring our own linen. We would happily go back again.

Spacious house in gorgeous location

Spacious home suitable for 2 families. Fantastic views and use of private mooring. We had a wonderful stay and utilised the boat ramp at the end of the street to use our dighy. Our children loved fishing off the jetty and paddling kayaks. House has had new carpets and flooring laid which make it look fresh. Would absolutey say again!

Great location, near estuary and forum, excellent views, comfortable home with a large driveway there's plenty of room for a boat or caravan. As a bonus we caught a few crabs at the property's jetty. The owner was very helpful.

Girls weekend

Location, location, location, FANTASTIC. Close to Mandurah and main road to Halls Head, but you would never know. Totally relaxing, looking over the water as the sun sets.

Canal Paradise

Such a cool property with views from most rooms. Heaps of rooms and beds and most bedrooms with a beautiful view of the canals. We parked our boat at the front and viewed the Christmas lights. Lots of crabbing and fishing for the kiddos. Highly recommend.

Mandurah Canals Stay

This was our second visit to this property which says a lot about our opinion. 3 families with 6 children were accommodated comfortably. Proximity to both the Mandurah foreshore and Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre enabled us to choose easily between eating out, or buying the ingredients and eating at the house. The private jetty enabled ease of access to the canals for our surf ski. This property 100% suited our needs in providing a relaxed, stress-free getaway from Perth.

House owner had very good communication skills. Very polite and flexible. Relaxing and quiet.

Great location. Shops very close. Great view with dolphins every mornings. No wifi but non necessary as the view was superb. Kitchen had everything. Owner and neighbor were so welcoming. Thank you for also being flexible and trusty. So many beds and large house. Would go again , to be recommended..
