The Sunset House: Pet-Friendly 3-Bedroom Ocean-View Home, Quinns Rocks

A bright, beachy three-bedroom home across the road from the beach at Quinns Rocks. Watch the sun set over the ocean from the front porch, the living room or the main bedroom.

Inside
The open-plan living and dining area looks west to the ocean, with a sofa, smart TV, board games and a dining table for six. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). Each bedroom has its own split-system air conditioner.

Outside
The front porch faces the ocean for sunset drinks. At the back, a paved courtyard has a barbecue and a table for six.

The area
The beach is across Ocean Drive, and Quinns Beach Shack and local cafés are a short walk along the coast. Mindarie Marina is a few minutes` drive for restaurants, and Yanchep National Park makes a good day trip.

Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around. Transperth buses run along the coast, and Uber, DiDi and Swan Taxis operate locally.

Good to know
- Parking: Driveway parking for two cars. Please don`t park on the street or verge.
- The home has exterior security cameras covering the entrances. There are no cameras inside.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- One pet is welcome, with a $100 pet fee per stay. For more than one pet, please ask us first.
- Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- Please pick up after your pet, bag it and put it in the outdoor bin.
- Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
