This apartment is in walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping centres, playgrounds, the beach and much more! There are bus stops located within walking distance plus an Uber/taxi drop-off point outside main reception. Contactless car hire is available within the local area.
It is 30 mins to the airport (depending on traffic) and a great base to travel to the Perth CBD, the port city of Fremantle, Swan Valley, Hillarys Marina, Swan Valley, local wildlife parks or to travel further afield to the south-west of WA.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the minimum stay for holiday accommodation at Observation Rise is generally 5 nights but a longer minimum stay may apply for some properties over peak periods including holidays and the festive season.

This property is managed by Observation Rise Realty and we have an office located on site (Level 2) which is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We provide instructions for after hours check-ins (and check-outs) plus we are on call 24/7 for emergencies.
