About this property

The Bridgewalk | 2BR + Sofa Bed, Stadium & City

  • Summary:

Wake to Perth city and Optus Stadium views from The Bridgewalk, a three-level East Perth house with two bedrooms and a living-room sofa bed, three bathrooms and secure parking. Walk to Claisebrook Cove, the WACA and Matagarup Bridge, then come home to two balconies, a BBQ alfresco and multiple living zones. Fast Wi-Fi, a workspace and full laundry make longer stays easy.

    The Space:

    THE SPACE

This is a full house on a quiet residential street on the edge of the Perth CBD. You get three levels to spread out in, two bedrooms and a living-room sofa bed, three full bathrooms, and a secure garage for two cars. Restaurants, cafes and everyday shops are all within walking distance, and you come home to calm.

Multiple living areas across three floors mean nobody is on top of each other. The main lounge has a 75-inch TV for movie nights and match replays. The property lists ducted air conditioning and heating. Keypad self check-in is available within the published check-in window, 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

    SLEEPING | SLEEPS 6

    - Two private upstairs queen bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom

    - A living area with a pull-out sofa bed, served by its own full bathroom

    - A cot and travel cot are provided for little ones

    WORK AND LONG STAYS

A dedicated workspace and fast 300 Mbps WiFi handle video calls and streaming without a stutter. The full-size laundry has a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and rice cooker, and we welcome long-term bookings. It works as well for a month as it does for a weekend.

    OUTDOORS AND PARKING

Two private balconies look out over the city and Optus Stadium. Out back, the alfresco area has a BBQ and outdoor dining for warm evenings. The secure, locked tandem garage fits two cars, rare this close to the CBD, and free.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (ALL REAL, ALL CLOSE)

    - Claisebrook Cove: waterfront cafes and the inlet boardwalk, a short stroll away

    - Royal Street: East Perth's own dining and coffee strip, walking distance

    - The WACA Ground: about a 15-minute walk for cricket

    - Optus Stadium: walk across Matagarup Bridge for AFL, cricket and concerts, roughly 20 to 25 minutes on foot

    - Perth CBD, Hay and Murray Street malls: about 25 minutes' walk, a few minutes by car, or hop on the free Yellow CAT bus through East Perth

    - Elizabeth Quay and the riverfront: around a 10-minute drive

    - Royal Perth Hospital: walking distance, which makes this a genuinely practical base for medical stays, specialist appointments and visiting families

    - Trains: Claisebrook and McIver stations connect you to the whole network

    - Swan River foreshore: walking and cycling paths, plus Queens Gardens, Wellington Square and Gloucester Park nearby

    - Crown Perth: just over the river via the bridge or a short drive

    - Perth Airport: about a 20-minute drive

Families who want bedrooms with their own bathrooms and space to spread out. Medical and relocation stays near Royal Perth Hospital. Exceptional stay - they thought of literally everything! We stayed here for a week, and it was hands down one of the best-equipped places we've ever rented. The host truly thought of every single detail! The kitchen was incredible-high-quality appliances, fantastic chef's knives, a rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, clean kitchen towels, and every utensil or dish you could ever dream of. They even provided all the essential cooking supplies like salt, pepper, and olive oil, as well as coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, and fresh trash bags.Beyond the kitchen, it had every amenity you could possibly need, including a washing machine, dryer, laundry pods, and an iron with an ironing board. The location was great, and the building itself was very quiet. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning at first, but the host was super helpful and guided us to get it working right away. Having access tr a garage was also extremely convenient. We felt completely at home and had a wonderful week. Highly recommended!
