Rockingham is a coastal city located in Western Australia, about 45 minutes south of Perth. It has a population of approximately 130,000 people and is known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle. The city offers a variety of activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. Visitors can also explore the nearby Penguin Island, which is home to a colony of little penguins. The Rockingham Foreshore is a popular destination for locals and tourists, offering a range of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The city also has a strong military history, with the HMAS Stirling naval base located nearby. Overall, Rockingham is a vibrant and welcoming community with plenty to see and do.

The Rockingham Train Station is a major hub for the Mandurah line, providing easy access to Perth and other nearby locations. The Transperth bus system also services the Rockingham area, with multiple routes connecting to various destinations. Additionally, there are several taxi and ride-sharing services available in Rockingham. Overall, the public transport options in Rockingham are convenient and reliable, making it easy to travel throughout the city and beyond.

Please note: Check-outs on Sundays and Public Holidays may incur a surcharge of up to double the standard cleaning fee, due to higher operating costs on these days.

MID STAY CLEAN:
Guests can request a Mid-Stay Clean (rate will be confirmed with guest upon request)
The property will be serviced in full with every clean
All bookings longer than 3 weeks will receive a complementary clean

External Camera: For your safety, a security camera may be present at the entrance to monitor the communal entry and front door area. Privacy Guaranteed: There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces.

This property does not allow pets.
Registered service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. Please note that guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused during their stay, regardless of the source. Please also be aware that the courtyard wall is damaged and currently under maintenance.
