"Overall the hotel was very nice, when we initially booked in and went to our room, the room was unmade and dirty. We went straight back downstairs and were promptly given another room, we stayed for one night. It was nice and close to the CBD and to the airport. The staff were very friendly."

"Check in was very slow , 1 person only checking in a busy time. Room was great for what we needed, cleaners could do with dusting as our bedside tables and alarm clock were so dusty."
