"Room not confirmed as ready. Arrived early by 2 hours and told I will be emailed when ready. Arrived again at published check in time and finally received an email confirmation of room being ready while standing in my room "

"This was a staycation of one night. The location is brilliant.Close to downtown, train station and ferry terminal. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant is one of Perth's best. The room was comfortable, quiet and on a high floor (as requested) and the welcome gift was appreciated. All the staff we met were very friendly. We enjoyed in-room breakfast while we admired our view prior to checking out. We didn't use the off-site parking. "

"Unfortunately we were only booked into the Quay for one night. The hotel, our room and the staff were absolutely excellent. The room itself was very clean, modern and very quiet. The bed was wonderful. It was a very easy walk to Elizabeth Quay. The only thing that caught us off guard was the 10am check out. Was not expecting the call we received at 10:30 am asking when we were leaving. "

"Great location for my purpose which was a stopover the night before an international flight. Great location for Perth train station, restaurants and shops."

"The location is great close to Hay St. and Murray St. malls. The room smelt smoky but seemed clean otherwise. The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and torn. Outside the building felt a little rundown with several vacant spaces nearby and homeless people sleeping around on the streets. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found I could hear people talking at night and people moving around which kept me awake but otherwise it was quiet."
