"Beautiful and modern hotel. Dreamy checked us in and was super friendly. Room was clean comfortable and the AC unit worked great. The breakfast provided was extremely well run: it was organized, clean and the attending staff were very accommodating. They noticed the coffee was low and immediately refreshed it with a fresh dispenser. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend. I would certainly stay there next time I am in the area "

"I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Colonial! The motel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)"

"We both really enjoyed the property, spending much of our time like we were at home: just relaxing, cooking food in the really well-equipped kitchen and enjoying each other's company. Writing this review is just leaving me a little bit sad as I wish I could turn back the clock and go back! Perth was a lovely little town to walk around and spend time in. We didn’t have much of an itinerary planned but that was okay - we had an unforgettable time and this property was at the core of what made our stay memorable!"
