"Lovely location, close to city and the Botanical gardens. Great restaurant attached to the property. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Room was good and had all the conveniences. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was it was a bit noisy early in the morning with what sounded like some work in the room above and doors slamming, etc. Other than that I had a very good stay for 10 days. "

"Got there late but was no issue because of 24/7 check in. Really comfortable beds clean and tidy room very spacious. Breakfast was amazing and staff were very polite and friendly."

"I love staying here, it is convenient and the staff are lovely, have stayed for over 20 years, but really wish I could get that room with the Bath, given I have a requirement to 'bathe every night', assists me to sleep otherwise, my night can be a challenge with my health. Just never seem to find it online when booking 'I was put in this room once and so loved it', i.e. as a beth is essential for my health, so afraid I don't stay here as often because of this, But would love to. Everything else...

"Tricky to find the entrance at first but in a good location. The breakfast is very good with eggs made to order and nice to have a washing machine at the end of the trip to catch up on laundry"

"The staff are excellent and extremely helpful even going out of their way to bring things to my room instead of me having to go down to reception and checking with me if I wanted housekeeping or anything that I needed as they were aware that I had infants- Thank you very much for going the extra mile and making my stay much more comfortable."

"Attending a function in Perth this week, we stayed at the Ibis Hotel on Murray, as we usually do. In our room we encountered 3 examples of poor maintenance. 1) the shower drain was blocked and very slow to drain, 2) the inner bathroom door handle was broken, i.e., door could not be opened, in which case one could become trapped inside, and 3) the bar fridge had turned into a "deep freeze," i.e., the milk for coffee was frozen! All of these items are indicative of poor maintenance, below usual...
