The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)"

Writing this review is just leaving me a little bit sad as I wish I could turn back the clock and go back! Perth was a lovely little town to walk around and spend time in. We didn’t have much of an itinerary planned but that was okay - we had an unforgettable time and this property was at the core of what made our stay memorable!"
