Well aged classic motel nestled in a neighborhood. It’s basic but served well for a one night stay. Wouldn’t mind some updated materials and better cleaned amenities for the price. Probably a good place to base out of if your days are mostly adventuring outside during your stay. Location was key for my stay. Really odd way of checking-in seems to leave guest and motel open to liability. Would have no problem staying here again.

The hotel was very clean and was adequate for our trip. They had a small kitchen area but it didn’t have any dishes for the guests. The curb appeal is definitely lacking but good enough for our short trip.

The place was very clean and the location was very convenient. Six minutes to Letchworth State Park. It's only yards away from Main St., a nice area for a little walk. The rooms are a little dated but still very clean.

The room was very clean, and the linens were also clean. We parked right in front of the room. Restaurants are nearby, and it’s close to one of the entrances to Letchworth State Park. Highly recommended wether you are passing by or visiting Letchworth Park.

My room was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked. The only downside that I noticed was that there was no ice machine. I require ice. I looked for one and could not find it. If it was there, it was well hidden.

Very nice basic motel room, clean and spacious (we stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchenette/fridge/microwave, which was helpful)! No tissues (i.e. kleenex) provided and no clock/alarm clock, so be sure to have those with you if needed! Perry is a lovely town, and all of the fun stores and restaurants (plus Silver Lake) are either in easy walking distance or very short driving distance of the motel!

Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good amount of space and a nice dining-type table, small fridge, microwave, and individual coffee maker with regular caffeinated coffee pouches and coffee 'condiments' provided. The AC was a definite plus. The outer area was clean and relatively quiet, though the time of our stay was a bit outside of the busy season. Especially liked the parking right outside of our door, options to sit outside, and the stairway leading down to Main Street and the main of the village of Perry which has become such a charming and interesting walkable strip with small businesses and restaurants. Highly recommend The Country Kitchen Diner for affordable, substantial and delicious meals, and the Books and Fields bookstore for interesting browsing and to pick up a good historical read. The neighborhood next to Main, in general, is a pleasant area to walk around with many beautiful old churches and other historic structures to see. We very much enjoyed our short stay!

For an older value priced property, the owner has gone out of the way to make it an exceptionally clean room. I highly recommend a stay here.
