Unique beautiful house. Extraordinary breakfast.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stopped here on our way back to Florida after a nine-day vacation, and it was a perfect final stop; in fact, they served the best breakfast of any hotel we visited during our entire trip.

Breakfast was awesome, room was clean, Sally was a great hostess. Pets were there during our stay, we'll behaved. Had a bonfire one evening, next day ,sat by the fish pond, watching them get fed. We had a fun time visiting nearby gardens and wineries.

Beautiful property!

Great place!

I always stay at the Avid, their service is great and rooms are always clean. The only issue this time was water has to run for 5 mins before it becomes warm.

Nice clean, spacious room. Well lighted property. Refrigerator and microwave in room. I’ll stay here again.

Front desk staff exceptional, room was mostly clean but shower shows some built up grit.

Clean, quiet, and safe place to stay. Recommended if you are visiting MGSU.

Wonderful, really enjoyed our stay

Clean, comfortable room. It looks great inside. Clean bathroom.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay. The room was up to date and comfortable. We especially liked the complimentary breakfast which offered many choices.

It was tucked back in corner

I love this inn. The owners are amazing. They take very good care of their guests. I will stay here every trip I make to Perry.

After a tiring road trip and a rainy day, it was nice to see the hotel. Even though the elevator was out- due being struck by lightening. Every thing else was great.
