"My first impression of the neighborhood was not good. Many car repair places and vehicles on the street that weren’t even functional. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable! A slight glitch in the code for the door, but the owners answered my text right away and were very helpful in resolving the issue. Once my husband and I got to exploring the area, there were many nice restaurants near the wharf, just a few blocks down the street. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend...

Overall it was clean but I provided 4 stars due to the shower caulking needing replaced due to mildew staining. "The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable the building staff are warm friendly and very accommodating we had very small issues such as the coffee machine and the living room television but owner was very responsive and addressed both. We enjoyed the pool and there was a pool party thrown by the building management which was great. The location is close to everything just a very short car drive. The neighborhood is transitioning so day time walks are ok. I would definitely stay again...

"This property is located near downtown and location is great for walking to restaurants and other events. It is located in an impoverished area, but everyone was friendly and no problems occurred. The apartment is bright and beautiful inside. Be ware, there is no elevator, and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I was especially impressed with the host who expediently responded to my messages."
