"I have stayed there several times. Its a great place, but the cottages could use a little maintenance. New shower heads and some flooring. But those will not keep me from coming. The restaurant and bar are excellent, and the property is super convenient for what we want. The staff are always friendly. Other than a few maintenance needs, i cant say much bad about the place. Will definitely book again in the future. We love it there."

"Was great, came in town to scallop, arrived late, chilled by the pool..breakfast was available across the street. Opens early which was great. Room was clean and perfect for the three of us."

"Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time."

"We were on a business trip. There weren't many options in Madison but this hotel had the best reviews. I would definitely recommend and woukd stay there again. Clean and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was a nice added perk."
