Pleasant family house close to the beach and the city center of Perros Guirec. Enjoy the pink granit coast with friends or family in this 4 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms, a wide living room and a large winter garden to take your meals looking at the garden whatever the weather.
A large garage is available to park your car in the basement. Free parkings are also available in front of the garage or in the street.
