"I appreciated that the premises and my room were clean when I checked in. However, the bedding on one of the beds and the sofa bed did not appear to be clean. I also liked the spacious room and the breakfast buffet area, which overlooks the bay. Unfortunately, this area is closed after breakfast, even though it is the nicest place in the hotel to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, I would only stay at this hotel again if it were the only option available and I needed a room for just one night, as there is very little to do on the property. Another issue was the noise. The freeway was directly outside my window, and the traffic was so loud that at times I thought it was raining. Since the hotel was not very busy during my stay, I asked whether there were any quieter rooms available. The staff member simply told me that noise was an issue throughout the hotel. However, I would have appreciated being offered a room on the bay side or at least being informed that such rooms were available. The next day, I requested housekeeping service, but the results were disappointing. Only one bed was properly made, the trash was removed, and the other bed was barely attended to. The sofa bed was not made or cleaned at all. Although the front desk staff and other employees were very polite and courteous, they were unable to provide information about local transportation, nearby attractions, hotel amenities, or Wi-Fi. "The hotel was very nice. Tho the rooms were outdated they were clean and well maintained. Room service was trustworthy. They do not offer on site parking so valet was very good. It was 50$ per day and 24 hour service huge plus! The coffee the offer in the lobby was never equipped with coffee supplies for use but I just asked and they quickly got it. Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel! I went with my son and one of the latch locks were broken when we realized they quickly moved into another room."

"The hotel is in a great location. The service was good. However they randomly charged my card for something I had not used. On checking they couldn’t furnish any details on what the charge was. Instead of taking it out they kept haggling. Essential my card on file was used without authorization. I was told it was a restaurant charge but they had no receipt or any paperwork to back it. Watch out for unauthorized charges."

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service I experienced during my recent stay. Throughout my visit, the standard of hospitality fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There was no daily housekeeping service and no room service available, requiring me to go downstairs for even the most basic needs. On one occasion, I requested a bandage and was told to go to a nearby CVS — something I find completely unacceptable for a property positioning itself as a quality hotel. I was also deeply troubled by how my late checkout request was handled. When I raised the request at check-in, I was told to simply call on the morning of my departure. When I called at 10am on checkout day, I was informed I had until 11am. After some discussion, the front desk agreed to extend to 12pm — but then proceeded to threaten that security would be sent to my room if I had not vacated by that time. That kind of language toward a paying guest is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and address these service gaps. I would welcome a response regarding how this will be handled. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
