The staff is great. The hotel and the room smell pretty bad, they have a sewer problem and said they are going to remodel the hotel in the next month months

The room we were assigned had a very strong sewer smell. The kind staff woman offered several rooms until we (3 people w/ 2 rooms) found ones that was clean. We saw other guests going through the same problem.

Good location to explore Perpignan centre ville.

Excellent location and convenient parking. However, disappointing compared to our previous stay at this hotel. Expensive for the accommodation offered. Room to small for huge bed. We had to take the chair from the cupboard and hand it to the staff. Leaking toilet and overflowing shower. We also had to ask for the promised electric kettle.

Property is in an excellent location within easy walk of a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. The felt very safe in the area. The staff were extremely helpful. Despite being on the main road there was no traffic noise to my fifth floor room that had amazing views towards the mountains. Presumably January is a quiet period and this may have contributed to my only reservation which was the smell in the shower; but it went away after two days so either a bit of use sorted it or the housekeeper used some good stuff. Would I return? Yes.

J’ai passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel, le personnel est accueillant et l’emplacement pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable. En revanche, il manque quelques petites choses simples qui pourraient améliorer l’expérience : il n’y avait qu’une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain, rien dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, l’absence de sachets pour les serviettes hygiéniques, de mouchoirs ou encore de cafetière/bouilloire ce serai un petit plus. Parcontre un espace café est disponible à l’accueil, ce qui compense un peu. Avec ces petits ajustements, ce serait parfait.

Je recommande 100%.

Malgré un ascenseur en rénovation ce qui est tout à fais normal, le séjour c’est super bien passer, un accueil chaleureux , une très belle chambre , des employés au top. Arrêter d’être médisant sur vos commentaires et profiter surtout des choses auquel vous avez accès. Vue magnifique du 6 ème étage.

Un hotel en obras sin avisar

El hotel estaba en el centro pero estaba en obras y no lo ponia en hotels.com no tenia ascensor no funcionaba y subimos hadta una 4 planta la habitc estaba reformada pero al estar en obras habia polvo por todas partes En recepcion muy antipaticas no nos ayudaron en nada ..cuando todo este arreglado igual esta bien pero yo fui un finde y me cobraron lo mismo ...comi polvo respire polvo y estube fatal ...informese antes de reservar

Hotel wird gerade renoviert, Bauarbeiten begannen um 07:00 Uhr. Aufgrund der Renovierung roch es bei uns im Zimmer etwas nach Farbe und das Fenster konnte aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs leider nicht über Nacht geöffnet bleiben. Das Zimmer war aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Betten bequem, Bad modern. Frühstücksbuffet wie bei allen B&B Hotels, einfach aber alles da. Lage des Hotels unschlagbar, direkt in der Stadt mit einer öffentlichen Parkgarage direkt vor der Tür. Trotz der Renovierung würde ich mit Blick auf Preis-Leistung nochmals dort übernachten.
