In a villa of the 30s, F2 overlooking the back of the house facing the garden, this F2 offers all the comfort and calm in the heart of downtown Perpignan. SALVADOR DALI station is 15 minutes walk, Palace of the Kings of MAJORCA 5 minutes, bus stop at the corner of the street, parking in front of the house, residential area.
Shops nearby is two steps away. Independent entrance, possibility couple with a small children, equipment at your disposal on request. Provision of linen, fully equipped kitchen redone.

The property was well equipped inside and has lovely garden outside. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Close to main sites and centre. Bus stop short walk away and great Carrefour express near bus stop for all basic shopping needs.

La casa è composta da locali ampi, luminosi, dotata di un bel giardino che ovviamente in inverno non abbiamo utilizzato ma comunque bello anche solo da vedere. L' arredamento è molto gradevole, di ottimo gusto estetico e la dotazione di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici è più che completa. Insomma un punteggio altissimo! Il proprietario è molto discreto ma anche disponibile! perfetto insomma

En plein centre de Perpignan, un petit sejour super agréable chez notre hôte Manuel , logement super fonctionnel, petit jardin rien que pour nous avec le petit jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir et buller !! Manuel au petit soin , nous y reviendrons un peu plus longuement !!

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé Le logement est conforme à la description avec une décoration soignée : des tableaux, des objets chinés et vintage ça change des appartements « témoin » ! Il est bien situé au calme et le jardin fort appréciable Quant à l’accueil de Manuel : au top ! Disponible et arrangeant… Je recommande vivement cette location

Un logement très fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût avec de nombreux tableaux et objets chinés par notre hôte par ailleurs amoureux de la nature, d'où un extérieur super bien paysager. Le calme absolu au centre de PERPIGNAN. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre trop bref séjour.

Hartelijke ontvangst door eigenaar. Supermarkt om de hoek. 15 minuten lopen naar centrum. Mooie woning, stil en een prachtige tuin. Wel zoeken naar parkeerplaats.

Alojamiento perfecto, amplio, comodo, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Maravilloso jardin incluido en el apartamento. Anfitrion discreto però siempre disponible y muy atento en cada detalle. Lugar a 15 minutos del centro en un agradable paseo. Recomendable al 100%. Si volvemos a Perpinyà, sin d'una, repetiremos.

Bonjour Lors de notre arrivé sur les lieux nous étions perplexe ? Une fois la porte passée une très belle surprise nous attendait ..une courette +une grande terrasse en bois aménagée avec beaucoup de gout .. un jacuzzi ..Un hôte très discret et plein de petites attentions nous avons passé un agréable séjour et cerise sur le gâteau un endroit très calme et reposant parfait pour se relaxer l’appartement est conforme aux photos du cite de réservation .. J'ai eu un véritable coup de coeur pour la terrasse et le jardin clôture ❤ Sinon l'appartement est spatiaux et très proche du centre ville même à pieds. Et un excellent accueil de Manuel notre hôte 😁. Je recommande vivement.

Très jolie maison avec une décoration très soignée. 15 minutes du centre ville à pied : parfait 15 minutes en voiture de la plage. Jardin et terrasse impeccable jaccuzi très appréciable vu la chaleur En plus en cadeau présence très caline et gentille d'un petit chien adorable. Bref un séjour parfait. A faire pour tout séjour à deux !

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Perpigan verbracht. Berge, Meer, Katharerburgen und Städte sind schnell zu erreichen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag bot die Wohnung mit dem schönen Garten alles, um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Excellent apartment. Good parking. Manuel was very pleasant. Good neighborhood except for dog poo . Hope he has fixed the toilet seat. Plan your length of stay better than us for Perpignan. We packed a lot of great excursions in but exhausted things to do and left 3 days early

Manuel is an excellent host and maintains not only a wonderfully furnished and decorated home, but a lovely backyard. We immediately felt at home in this very restful location and enjoyed being greeted by his very calm jack russel terrier dog. I will not hesitate to return if I am back in Perpignan.

Manuel's apartment is stylish, clean, spacious and has all the equipment to make the stay a pleasant one. It has a large garden with a beautiful veranda, loungers, eating area and whirlpool. The apartment is very central and the historic center can be reached on foot within 10-15 min; yet, it is very quiet with no road noise. Parking the hire car just outside was no problem. Manuel is very friendly and helpful and close on-site if any problem should arise. I would not hesitate to stay there again in future.

Le propriétaire est très accueillant et attentif à rendre le séjour réussi et fait tout pour satisfaire aux demandes. Bien qu’habitant sur place, il reste discret tout en veillant à ce que tout se passe bien. Le logement est spacieux et équipé de la climatisation. Un jardin bien équipé, terrasse, transats, table et chaises, jacuzzi, verdure et pelouse, le tout accessible. Un jardin au calme en centre ville. Avons passé une bonne semaine. Une fois au gîte, on n’a pas l’impression d’être en centre ville. Le propriétaire envisage encore des améliorations dans l’avenir. Merci à lui.
