"Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful - the room was a great size and comfortable. Great shower! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with lots of day trips planned - the train station just a minute away and the metro also easily walkable. I would definitely come back to this hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay, a real nice location, close to the Grand Palace, the Cathedral, shops and food places. Personel was awesome, ALL OF THEM. Train station near by, plus Central Station at walking distance (10 min). Highly recomended."

"We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast. But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose money. That’s fine."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Grand-Place, location is great about a 5 minute to the railway line (Central) which gave us easy access to Euro Star, which we need a number of times getting to and from places. Also a very short walk to the main square and a number of eating places, we did find a mall - Royal Gallery that was very beautiful and had a great restaurant called Le Marmiton mall was in it fabulous food and service. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful Would certainly stay there again"

"Nous avons passé 3 jours exceptionnels dans cet Hôtel et nous sommes tellement déçue de devoir partir… Le meilleur Hôtel que nous ayons fait et notre petit garçon de 1 an et demi ne dira pas le contraire. Surtout ne changez pas ! Nous reviendrons au plus vite !"
