The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

"La location proprio dentro al castello nel cuore di Pitigliano è davvero unica. Piccola ma molto carina la casa del 1600. Però la cucina ed il bagno hanno proprio l'essenziale e avrebbero bisogno di qualche miglioramento e senza dubbio il letto non è per tutte le schiene. Loris è molto simpatico e disponibile. Pitigliano è davvero da non perdere!!!"

Immersa in un bosco della maremma toscana, lontana dal frastuono e dal turismo di massa, ma comunque vicina e a pochi minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare i più bei paesi della Toscana e a pochi chilometri dal mare (18 minuti di auto per arrivare alla spiaggia libera, compresa quella per cani). "The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment we booked we were treated like family, the good kind. You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that!...
