"The front desk staff was helpful in restaurant recommendations and coordinating taxi service. Nick was great for a fast and efficient check-in. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. The room never cooled down to 20 degrees centigrade."

"Great location very close to Milano Centrale. The guest next door to noise at 1:00 am to 3:00 am. Too much noise from people screaming in the streets. No police around."

"We arrived very early and had some specific challenges with our travel. The staff went out of their way to help us. The room was very nice and had ample room. We had to leave before the scheduled breakfast, but they provided a bagged breakfast for us. Location was close to the train station and walking distance to major sites. Lots of good food choices nearby."
