"We were supposed to get the door code emailed to us at check in. It never came. Had a conversation with Italianway staff, whom I could barely hear because there was so much noise in the office. She said it was emailed and that I should have it. After 15 minutes back and forth she finally sent another one. All this is going on while we were standing in 34C on the street in front of the apartment. To add insult to injury we had to carry two heavy suitcases up 3 floors to a flat that was not air...

"We enjoyed our stay here m, the lack of air con in 35 degree heat was a struggle but 2 fans were provided, the curtains were see- through meaning we were in the dark a lot so people couldn’t see us which was another let down. The place was practical and well furnished "
