"This is our second year in same condo and couldnt ask for much better. Comfortable, clean and convenient to everything. Pool was outstanding and we found new (to us) restaurants this year. This is absolutely no reflection on our owner but perhaps guests in upper units could be reminded about noise level after midnight. We really only had an issue our last two nights."

"Great location! Good size for families. Beach is walkable but we took bikes. There are some paved pathways that made riding/walking easy. Close to the Publix for grocery needs. Not a ton of restaurants in the area but at least four within walk/bike distance. The resort was mostly families, in addition to being gated to keep it secure. The sand and pool were nice (albeit the pool was cold). Indoor pool needs attention. Did NOT love that the tiki bar is directly across the street and had music...

"Everything was fantastic about our stay except the kitchen. The house was very clean, easy to access, and had comfortable beds. We have a large family, so we chose VRBO stays to prepare our meals and have plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had (I bought a cheap chef knife) one very dull paring knife. Some frying pans, two serving bowls, and a couple of pots. There was not a baking sheet/pan or even a spatula to flip things in those frying pans. I ended up buying a cookie sheet and leaving...

"Very impressed with this gem near the Alabama/Florida border. Indoor and Outdoor pool and hot tub options daily, great gym with his/her saunas and a very clean and welcoming property were just some things we were very impressed with. Recommend local beaches including Johnson Beach. We golfed almost daily at local courses, a couple of them within .5 miles! Highly recommended!"

"There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty."

They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed."

They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed."
