Separate entrance, terrace and private garden with barbecue without screw-screw, self shelter in closed property.
Ground floor: kitchen fully equipped with flat screen TV, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, beautiful bathroom of 9 m2 with bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine and dressing.
