"The property was nothing like the photographs. The outside area was very run down and not well maintained. No Reception and no one to meet and greet. In fact it took a while to find a way into the property and discover a phone number to call for assistance. Once contacted Yoel was very obliging. Told me to go up to a room that did not have an ensuite. Mentioned the shared bathroom at this time had no hot water! Eventually, put me in another building with hot water but no wifi! If...

"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"
