"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day.

"very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question."

"Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st."

"La propiedad estaba descuidada, en mi casa la experiencia se habitación es de lo más importante y no estaba bien.
El baño de la habitación estaba sucio, por lo que nos ofrecieron pasarnos a una de más calidad, pero a pesar que la persona de turno fue más allá de amable el lugar no representa habitaciones de la categoría que dicen. Está descuidadas, ni tampoco impecable de limpias que se espera en un hotel de esta categoría.
Personal que nos atendió súper atento, y los jardines lindos. No...
