"Very clean and seemed to have been recently upgraded. Breakfast had scrambled eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy as wheel as the usual cold cereals and muffins. Hotel was quiet, room was a queen bed with end tables on both sides (important to me!) and adequate plug in by the bed. The only downside is that room is a little small with a tiny sink and not much floor space left over as there is a lot of furniture..desk, cabinet for tv with mini fridge and microwave and a combination bench,closet area. Okay for two tight if kids or pets with you"

"After seeing some fairly negative reviews I was a little reluctant to book a stay, but I ended up taking the gamble and I’m glad I did, because I’ve gone to Breezy Point before and always had a great time, and this was a much more affordable option, right on the property! The negative reviews mention not having luck with their reservations, I am going to chalk this up to user error. I booked through Expedia and called the property to confirm they got my reservation, they confirmed they did and the staff was nice and informative. Other reviews mention a confusing check in process, they could probably make it a little more obvious on where to go, but when I called they told me to check in at the Pelican Center right across the street from the main entrance at Breezy Point. Check in was smooth, staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was an awesome value for what we paid for it! It was just my wife and I but we had a lot of space, nice living room area, with a kitchenette, nice room with a jacuzzi and big king size bed. Everything was clean. Our room was right next to the indoor pool + hot tub area, which… can be a double edge sword. The convenience of the pool being so close to the room was nice, occasionally when it was busy certain families and their kids were a little loud, but it wasn’t too bad. The only downside of the pool area was the little rocks on the flooring were loose so it was often to step on them if you didn’t have shoes on. We had a great time!"

"We recently spent Memorial Day weekend at a fantastic lake house with our extended family, and it was perfect! There were plenty of rooms for all the adults, plus a bonus room packed with beds and bunk beds that the kids absolutely loved. The huge kitchen with its beautiful island was ideal for gathering and chatting, and a cozy spot with a wood-burning stove off the kitchen offered another great conversation area. We enjoyed meals around the large dining table, and the spacious living room with a big TV was perfect for relaxing.Downstairs was a hub of fun, with endless shuffleboard competitions and exciting ping-pong battles. Just outside the basement, a large seating area and fire pit (with tons of wood!) were perfect for evening gatherings. We rented the largest pontoon boat imaginable, perfect for cruising and fishing—we even caught some northern pike! The kids had a blast tubing, and they loved being able to hop into the sauna to warm up afterward. The only downside? The house was so big I didn't even see all the rooms until the last day! We can't wait to go back. I'd love to do a friends trip here too with shops and restaurants not far away."
