"Cottage is very clean with one exception, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a little attention. I was excited because it was described as a "Lakeside cottage", but the outside really needs some TLC. Nice if you are the indoor type, but not much outside appeal."

"The house and the furnishings were beautiful, as was the historic area. There was a dead duck out by the pond and when the hosts were alerted, they apologized, but it wasn’t taken care of. We were bummed there was a three-day minimum stay, because we could only be there two nights, but we were aware of that at time of booking."

"Good location for us, golf and grocery store nearby. Fan in bedroom needs to be replaced. It was too noisy to use at night. Would have been nice to have patio furniture cleaned as it was dirty enough we couldn't really use it. Main con was there are no curtains on the windows in the living and kitchen areas so people staying in the main house can easily see into the cottage at night. The bedroom had shutters so was private."
