"Great location right in the heart of the city centre, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was generally good, although there is some room for improvement. Breakfast offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and I particularly enjoyed my workout session. The swimming pool was fun, although the water was a little cold. The sauna and steam room, on the other hand, were absolutely amazing! One small recommendation would be to consider adding more Rituals diffusers, or increasing their presence, in the reception area and guest rooms to enhance the overall atmosphere and create an even more welcoming experience. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre."

"Room was okay. They put us out in the Grange even when that was not made clear in the booking and it did not seem that the main building was full. Rooms were decent but bathrooms especially need upkeep - missing tiles, tight handles for spout etc. Breakfast was better than expected had vegan butter / soy milk. Limited staff so not easy to get help etc. They had golf carts that should have been able to take people (especially old people in the cold) from one end to the other end of the property but no body around to drive them."

"I had a lovely stay at delta, smooth check in and large and very comfortable room. Only thing I would say is they take a deposit for each night you stay that takes a while to get back into your account after check out."

"Great stay perfect bed breakfast and evening meal location. Large well lit bedroom meang that we could read our books in peace in the comfortable chairs. A huge triple bed which provided an excellent night's sleep. A clean and well stocked bathroom with a powerful shower. My wife particularly liked her fish and chip supper and the breakfast buffet was all encompassing."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"
