"It was right where I wanted to be, clean and efficient. Good communication and easy check-in and check-out."

"Enjoyed the stay"

"This is a cute, convenient little cottage in Peoria Heights. It’s convenient to East Peoria and other areas in Peoria. Peoria Heights has a quaint area with shopping and great restaurants. Hearth is mt all-time favorite restaurant. I also highly recommend Two Sisters if you like antiques and vintage items."

"We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and very pet-friendly. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"Matthew was great host, very accommodating. We’ll return if available, as needed."

"Great stay, thanks!"

"The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. Once I advised the host of this all communication stopped. We couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and on the main floor due to it looking like a make-shift bed frame that could break at any moment. The tub was filthy & there were ants in there. I feel the cleaning crew is sub-par & has not been forthcoming...

"Stay was great, internet needs upgraded to handle more devices. Only complaint"

"Broken door lock, screen door falling off, broken couch. Left when the door could no longer be locked because it wasn't safe"

"Thanks had a good time. Close to many things and comfortable."

"Spacious table area suited me great since had papers spread out while working remotely,it genuinely felt productive being there."
