"This place was perfect for us!! It felt roomy for two! Placed was well stocked with kitchen needs, though we didn’t need to use them. It was clean and the host(s) gave complimentary treats and coffee which was much appreciated!! The communication on how to access the property was thorough. Next time we are in town to visit family again, we will definitely love to stay here again!"

The unit's carpet was not clean, dust balls in the bathrooms, a layer of dust over the toilet, the mirror in master needs to be changed or cleaned and the garage floor sandy and not swept. The gate remote did not work. We were at the mercy of other neighbors to open gate, they provided only one set of keys. Not good for two adults or more? "

"The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. The roads are not paved at this point. That was the only slightly negative feature and did not present any problems for me."

"The condo is as advertised on the site. It was very clean and spacious and the location was perfect for us. Both the 101 loop and 17 were 5 minutes away. The area was very quiet and while we didn't use the pool, it looked beautiful! Overall the unit itself was very nice however it was missing a lot of basic things e.g. there was no toaster, only 4 plates, bowls etc. and no condiments or spices. "The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water. First turn on the bathtub water at a slow trickle, then it will warm up for full flow of hot water. Yes I did know this coming from Chicago, but the valves to let out hot water took a ridiculous amount of time. For the...

"Feel like home "

"We had rented 2 condos, 1 for us, 1 for friends. We were informed at the last minute that the owner of one of the units cancelled our reservation. They had no other rooms available. Because of Baseball Spring Training, any available hotel room had raised their prices 3 x the normal amount. Our friends were unable to go. I did not appreciate the hard core time share sales spiel when we checked in."

"WE thought we were booking a 1 bedroom suite. That is sure what the photos look like. We ended up in a studio with no where to sit. the photos are false advertising."
