"The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. "We truly enjoyed our stay here at The Residence. This is a perfect getaway where all the staffs are lovely and friendly. Our villa stay is very comfortable, we cycled to everywhere within the premises. We also enjoyed the private dinner at the beach area. There is one good advise, the residence is quite a distance from the ferry terminal, the ride is about one hour and 20 mins. So do make your ferry schedule earlier. Emerald class is highly recommended for ferry rides."

The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. "I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area. Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip. I would recommend it especially to solo travellers who want a cleaner, safer, and more convenient hotel base in Tanjung Pinang."
