"Good location, steep steps going down if someone has mobility issues but once inside very comfortable. "

"We had a great long weekend at this townhouse in DC. Great location - amazing neighborhood with access to fun restaurants, bars, and shopping. And it's very easy to get to all the tourists spots you might want to visit. The host has thought of everything and it is a huge bonus that there is a protected parking space in the back of the house. Highly recommend!"

"very spacious spot in an awesome location that is walkable to food and bars. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. The back patio was awesome as well. "

"The communication with the owner was very helpful- he researched a lot to the questions we asked about things to do with our 3 yr old granddaughter. The location was great. The place was eclectic and comfortable. some things didn't work as expected but it was clean and quiet and we found ways to work around. I would stay there again. "

"We are so glad we stated here. Such a cute place in between Georgetown and the Mall area. Clean and well stocked. The owners were incredibly nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We where there for a family wedding. The location is perfect! Less than 2 minutes from the hall. Parking spots where a bug plus!!"

"House worked for a group. Easy buses to downtown. Kitchen was fine for breakfast but not great for larger meals for group. Very great communication with hosts "
