Rental of a house, in a fully fenced private property.
Covering an area of 72 m² with its 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 8 people and has a garden of around 300m2 with a covered terrace.
Enclosed parking allows the parking of two vehicles.

The property is located in Folelli, municipality of Penta di Casinca, 30 km south of Bastia and 15 km from its airport.

It is on the road to the beach, it is 1.5 km from the sea and 1 km from shops (bakery, fruit and vegetables, Leclerc shopping center, ...)

It is furnished, equipped and air conditioned. It has a kitchen, a living room, 2 shower rooms + wc, 2 bedrooms with a large 140 x 190 cm bed and a bedroom with a large 140 x 190 cm bed + 2 single beds x 190 cm. Outside there is a garden furniture and a barbecue.

The W. I.F. I and linen rental are offered.
We can also provide free baby equipment (high chair, travel cot, etc.).
We do not provide bath towels.
If you do not wish to do the cleaning at the end of the stay we offer a cleaning package at € 60.

Alles Super
Die Ferienwohnung sieht von außen zwar nicht so aus, war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist ok, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit nah, Auto ist aber trotzdem notwendig. Der Vermieter Richard ist sehr nett, und immer erreichbar . Rundum ein gelungener Familienurlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. La casa include tutti i comfort, in una zona molto tranquilla. Ben arredata e pulita. Richard è stato molto gentile e disponibile, accolti con una bottiglia di vino e tarallini. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

Un tres beau sejour
Trés bon accueil et maison conforme à l'annonce. Un propriétaire à l'ecoute.. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et les canestrellis Une belle plage proche... et puis c'est la Corse 😁

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir (6 Personen) hatten 14 sehr schöne Tage im Apartment in Folelli. Es ist modern eingerichtet, neu und sauber. Kleine Kritik Punkte gibt es jedoch auch: Trotz der Stechmückenplage auf Korsika hat es keine Mückengitter Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke, sondern nur offene Regale Leider scheint das Apartment etwas feucht zu sein, es riecht ein wenig moderig, und somit muss die ganze Wäsche nach dem Heimkommen gewaschen werden. Richard ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und zu Stelle wenn man ihn braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sein Apartment buchen.
