"Absolutely fab . Although the car park was some distance we managed to get the bus up but had a long walk back , we had to avoid the steps which are steep. As I am 80 and my wife is 73 we found the going a bit of a challenge . Perhaps we would have been better with parking by the property and on river side and perhaps you could have metioned it at the outset"

"Had a fab, peaceful break here. The wood fired hot tub was so quick to warm up and made for a great evening under the stars on a chilly but clear night. Local walks and time to slow down and rest. Just what we needed, thank you "

"Beautiful Cornish cottage, photo's are true to the accommodation. Clean and furnished nicely. Beds and furniture were in good condition and were comfy, was a pleasure to come home and relax in. Needs a washing machine and dryer though. Also there was a bad smell of damp which I think was due to how much rain Cornwall has had over the last 2 months, but it didn't ruin our stay. During summer it probably wouldn't be noticable. Host was great and provided a beautiful welcome hamper."

"Property as advertised. Very comfortable stay, with everything you need. Despite typical wet and gloomy Dartmoor weather, the cottage was warm with plenty of space for us and the dogs to dry off between walks."

"I think my wife and I were the third people to stay at this place. It was perfect. The owners obviously live here at least part of the year, and it’s clear they love it. The bungalow is lovely. The entire place opens up with classic English countryside views, sounds, and smells. They have around 10 bird feeders all over the place, along with binoculars, bird guide books, OS maps, general guide books.
