"We had a lovely time in Polperro and the house is exactly as pictured - gorgeous harbour views! Immaculately clean, comfy beds, great shower and all you could need in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and Jonathan is excellent to communicate with. "

10/10 Excellent

"Didn't like repeated auto emails asking for self check in and credit card details for incidentals. Didn't like silly health and safety window locks that didn't allow airflow into room. Fans are not at all adequate on hot days. I wonder where health and safety stands if one faints due to the heat on hot days or the risk or access if there is a fire. I did like that reception staff was very helpful to find me another room on the cooler side of the building. TVs need upgrading to Smart TVs. "
