"It is a somewhat older character home that is very well equipped, very comfortable, good location, great kitchen area with a corner kitchen sink looking out two windows in the corner. The four of us had to compete to see who could prepare the meals, wash the dishes and look out the corner windows at the neighbourhood and neighbours. "Basic, standard with no frills whatsoever home. We needed a property for 8 adults close to Depot and this home delivers this. That said, furniture is old and sparse and beds are super basic and there is nowhere to sit outside, as the property’s grass is overgrown. Price reflects what you get."
