Lovely 3 Bedrm/2 Full Bath Private Home w/Pool!

Recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath private-entry residential home. 1450 sq ft. Offering includes full kitchen, coffee station, washer and dryer, high speed 230 mbps wifi and 72" TV with Netflix. Backyard includes heated pool (heated March 1st thru October 31st), patio furniture and grill. Can comfortably sleep 6. Short 10 - 25 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants, hospitals. Walmart less than 5 minutes away.

The two queen bedrooms both have a 32" TV and share a bathroom. The king bedroom has a 42" TV and a private bathroom. Fenced backyard area has a pool, patio furniture and a grill with a small grassy area as well. Kitchen has newer appliances. Washer and dryer are located in the attached garage. Neighboring houses are located close to either side of the house as well as the other side of the wooden fence in the backyard.

The neighborhood is family-friendly and this property is located in a cul-de-sac with a public park right next door. It is peaceful, yet easily accessible.

We don't recommend booking with young children because of the pool. If guest brings children, guest agrees to be responsible for and supervise children at all times.

Pool guy comes to clean once a week, usually on Fridays. If inclement weather, will need to come a different day. Guests will need to allow him access to the pool area if stay includes one of those days.

The pool heater is set to 82 degrees from March thru October. The pool can be heated for your stay between November and February for an additional fee. Please ask.

Great Place for Family Vacation

My parents and my family stayed here for about a week. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool after a long day at the beach. The property had everything we needed. The host was awesome and very communicative.
