Excellent Downtown Pensacola Townhouse

The unit is perfect to walk to Palafox & downtown Pensacola. It was very clean and we felt safe during our stay. The hardwood floors didn’t squeak when you walked on them, good quality. The amenities were convenient. The property management company communication was great as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Convenient Location

We came down to Pensacola to visit friends and also attend the homecoming airshow at NAS. This property fit our needs nicely. The neighborhood was quiet, the property clean and had what we needed, and is located in a great spot. We could easily walk to Palafox St. and enjoy the restaurants and shops. Pensacola always does a nice job of events and fairs in the downtown area, and if you are attending any of those, this is a great location to stay at.

Nice and cozy!

Lovely apartment. Perfect location no matter what you want to do or see in Pensacola. Only place I have ever stayed that had a diffuser for the hair dryer (essential to people with curly hair). Thank you. Very clean, nicely stocked and quiet.
