This lovely home offers a private pool, a spacious outdoor patio, an outdoor shower, a wet tropical bar, and a Florida room with a TV which can be your office or playroom. You'll also enjoy an incredible location within walking distance to beaches, a marina, paved walking/bike paths, restaurants, and water/boat accesses. Spend as much time as you would like outdoors because this home features incredible outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, including a well-furnished deck with a seating area, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, and 300-foot dog park.

As soon as you step inside this beautifully decorated and air-conditioned home, you will come across the well-equipped dine-in kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is open and well-appointed with incredible appliances, including a dishwasher, to make the cooking time a breeze. The island right in the middle offers enough seating for four, and there's direct access to the back patio, where you and your loved ones can dine alfresco. The living area provides an inviting place to unwind and enjoy family time watching TV with Roku and Apple TVs from the large, cozy seating.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This home is decorated so cute, has plenty of kitchen supplies, lots of adequate storage space and comfortable beds. Location was private and quiet. The outdoor area was also nice with a tiki hut, beautiful pool, and adequate seating along with a fire pit. We enjoyed our month long stay.

This home was fantastic! The back yard was the best part! It is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Publix and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint was the lounge chairs. They are those plastic ones that are not very comfortable. However the furniture around the fire pit and the chairs around the grill area made up for that. They were so comfy!! We come to this area at least twice a year and will definitely be staying here again!!

Stopped here for the weekend as part of a larger vacation. Loved the property, plenty of room for us. The pool looked nice but the cold front prevented us from using. Door alarms were annoying whenever a door opened.

We stayed here with another couple. Beds were comfy, having two bathrooms was great. Washer/dryer were great to have. We enjoyed the patio area and the outside bar area. We thought it was the perfect location. We spent one day in Orange Beach AL and one day in Pensacola FL. Best of both worlds. We ate at the Oyster Bar just down the road twice and the Sunset Grill we had drinks. There was great communication by the management company and everything was as expected!! Thanks!!!

We had a lovely stay! Kitchen was well stocked although the knives weren’t as sharp as I would like (standard though for any rental). The pool was lovely including pool toys. Lots of umbrellas for shade and chairs and chaises for lounging outside. A few things: 1) The drain in the shared shower is clogged and that bathroom floor is very slippery! 2) Living room furniture - side tables were unsteady and the one big chair was missing a leg maybe? Also, some Velcro on the couch cushions would be great as they just slide out. All in all a great stay and we would come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo! The pool & back “yard” was great! We didn’t use the tiki bar but it was adorable. Love the extra full sized frig in there. The bedrooms were nice. Bathrooms are smaller but very clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows/blankets/throws. The big bean bag in the living area in the added room was great too. Our daughter stayed in there when we weren’t in the pool or at the beach. It’s bet obviously dog friendly which is great as well if you are traveling with your fur babies. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of counter space. The only concerns we had were that the small rug in the master bedroom was very slick so we had to pick out up and move it bc I fell one evening. Also, just know that if you are traveling with your pups, there are lots of tree frogs all over the place (it’s FL so there will be) so just watch your pups and try to keep them from licking them bc it will make them high followed by sick. This isn’t under the control of the owners at all. Just an fyi. Also know that the folks who take care of the house - mowing, weeding, pool, etc - will be there a couple of times a week without notice or warning, so if you hear things outside, that’s probably what it is. They were all super kind and helpful, very diligent in their work—we just had no idea of their timing or work days. Overall, this is a most excellent beach property—very close to the public access and not crowded. Close to lots of places to eat and Publix is just across the bridge for shopping. We will prob stay here again when we come back to Perdido Key. Thank you all for allowing us to visit and stay in your lovely home!

Very spacious inside and outside. The pool was fabulous. Quiet dead end street. Had everything you needed including some soaps like hotels do. Wish we had booked longer but we was in town for an event. Would def stay again!

Quiet neighborhood. House had everything you might need. Wish the pool had been heated, but we understand that it is January, and that was not an option. We'll just have to come back in the summer! Would definitely book this house again. We brought our GSD mix, he loved the neighborhood walks and all the dog friendly places. Steps away from Sunset Grill.

We traveled with our parents and two dogs, and it was great! The place is spacious, tidy, and nicely decorated. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has great amenities. The backyard is wonderful! The only thing keeping my rating from 5 stars is the coffee pot had mold, I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the coffee pot thoroughly. The pool guy came while we were getting in the pool, serviced it, then told us we couldn't get in for 3 hours which was a small hiccup in the day. I wish there were some grassy areas in the backyard for the pets. Our dogs couldn't come out back from around 11 a.m.-7 p.m. because the bricks and rocks were burning and blistering their paws. However, this was overall a very nice stay! We had a great time!
