Fantastic View!

Beautiful condo, with awesome views and comfy beds. Pool was great and the docks out back on the bay side were fun for fishing. Condo pretty clean but could use a deep clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Break on the Beach

In the process of moving back to the area and some delays in getting into our new house we opted for the beach for a few weeks. The location is great, quiet, great views and a very comfortable place to make home for a few weeks. We enjoyed the views and the condo was well equipped and the host did a great job of getting us into the property as well as taking care of any needs we had along the way. Would definitely go back to this property for a get away.

Awesome stay in Pensacola Beach

Condo was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and AMAZING views out to the gulf from inside and out on the patio. Easy walk to the beach, which is FANTASTIC. Beach is pristine, beautiful white sand, clear water, lots of shells, the occasional group of ray and dolphin cruising by ... It was just a wonderful time all around. Would definitely stay here again, already looking at a calendar to see when we can return.

Great location!

Nice condo - clean and just across the street from the beach. Unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella and wagon which is awesome. Nice pool area - clean and plenty of lounge chairs. A quiet area if you don’t want to stay among all the other hotels, shops and restaurants. Management very responsive and helpful!

Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous beach, nice neighborhood! Great vacation with my family. Tristan Towers is immaculate. Lobby, elevators and hallways cleaned daily. Property/grounds are well maintained as well. Pensacola is pretty and not too commercial.

Great for families.

We come to Pensacola beach every summer and we always stay at Tristan towers. We’ve always had a great experience. It’s a nice, well kept gated community. Everyone is very friendly. We have stayed in many different rooms and 6c was great. Our 4 kids loved it. Every room had a Roku tv, bunk beds worked out great. Master bed was comfortable. Views of the gulf were awesome.

Nice condo with beach views

This was a nice condo with beach views. Easy access to the beach. Condo has beach chairs/wagon saving you money if you usually rent them. I brought a hair dryer since it wasn’t on the posting…..glad I did! :) Only issue is water stands in the shower….not really a big deal to me, but just as an FYI. The trolley picks you up right by the entrance to Tristan towers and takes you to all the restaurants, etc by Casino beach. So nice not having to find parking! Would definitely recommend!

Family vacay

The property was great! It was a little inconvenient not to be fully stocked with essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels or beach towels, but either come prepared or just make sure you add it to your grocery list!) we weren’t prepared for that. I also felt like the dishes and cooking utensils weren’t super clean but everything else was fine. We had a few maintenance issues but management responded quickly. The location was great! A short walk to the beach across the street and a trolly stop right in front of the condos. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location in a really nice building. Overall condo in good shape. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Two things. Closet door was not attached, would have been nice for it to be attached instead of just leaning in the closet. Also barn style bathroom door not optimal at all. No sound blocking from bathroom. Don’t understand that set up at all.

Overall it was a great spot and location being in front of a beach. My only complaints and disappointment in the property given the amount of money I was charged was the sheets not looking like they were actually changed. The property manager did have house keeping come up and bring new sheets which was a night and day difference. Another issue I raised was the master bedroom shower being clogged with something and drained very poorly. After taking a shower for 3 minutes your feet were in all the same water you rinsed your body off. Property manager said someone from maintenance would come and have that fix but never saw anyone. Final complaint was the second bathroom shower didn’t have a way of controlling the water temperature. The water was stuck on boiling hot and would be uncomfortable when showering but no other choice as the master bathroom shower wasn’t draining properly. Again great location, area and above all views, but for the money this place asked for I expected better.

The property manager met us when we arrived to make sure our stay got off to a good start. No other property manager has done that for us. She was also very responsive during our stay to any questions we had. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular. Suggestions for improvement would be to replace the dining room chairs and subscribe to basic cable TV. In summary, it was a clean, comfortable unit with a great view and excellent service from the property manager.

We were pleased with our stay. The location was fantastic and unit was almost perfect. We enjoyed the large clean pool. Every guest and resident we met was very friendly. Everything within the unit was working as it should. My only negative is the unit was not as clean as we expected. The rug in the kitchen needs to washed thoroughly or replaced. A griddle pan was not clean, there was oil in the corners of the pan. Unfortunately the King size bed was a Serta but it was just too soft for my back. Every morning I had a back ache. Other than the things I pointed out it was perfect, Yes, we would stay here again and recommend the property to others.

Wonderful condo with great views!

We loved our experience in Pensacola! We enjoyed the spectacular views from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with new items and the updates to the condo were nice! The only suggestion we have would be more comfortable deck stools to be able to enjoy (above the railing) the view comfortably.
