Excellent Condo, Great View!

We’ve been staying in the emerald coast area for 30 years. This is one of the nicest, and well accommodated units we’ve stayed in. Pensacola Beach has become our go to spot now, and we’ll for sure be happy to stay here again.

Above and beyond

First, Kaylin with Beach Bum rentals is amazing! We got there before or check in time and she stored our luggage, hooked us up with a golf cart and gave us a great lunch suggestion, while at lunch she texted and said our luggage has been taken to the condo. The condo was perfect, could not be any happier with our stay!

Springtime pensacola

The weather was spot on no rain for a week water was warm enough to swim but the waves were big. Ha oh well. The views from the balcony were spectacular. First time staying at this property and will be back. Hats off to the maintenance of this building. Many accommodations in the area are not kept up with cleanliness. Our room was very well maintained.

Emerald Isle Unit 1702 Heron Bleu was a excellent condo. It had just been remodeled.

Very good!! There are a lot of codes to deal with. A code for the gate, elevator to room and to get into the building. A very secure place to stay. BeachBum personal very great to deal with!!
