This family-friendly coastal condo offers guests the main bedroom, a guest bedroom, and an air mattress that's better than any mattress you've ever slept on should you need extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to create a wonderful meal. You'll also find Corian countertops and a convenient blender to prepare the most refreshing and delicious cocktails.

There is plenty of seating at the dining table to grab a sandwich or a seafood meal you've created–this table can seat up to six people and the breakfast bar adds three more stools for extra dining space. However, this beachfront condo also offers guests the convenience of dining al fresco with an outdoor dining area for four people on the balcony. With a whirlpool tub in the main bathroom, you can relax after a long day at the beach. Guests who decide to book this charming coastal abode will be granted access to a series of shared amenities that include a sparkling outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a hot tub.

Was there for Great Snow of 2025. Great location. View of water was gorgeous day before storm and day after storm. The view was even great watching the snow roll in. Property managers were kind enough to call me and recommend I get groceries before the the bridges were anticipated to close. were anticipate

Good place with an ocean view

We enjoyed our stay here. Good place to stay looking at the beach. Great view! Great place to hang out. Beds were hard, but good enough for our stay. Could use more deep bowls. Towels weren’t the greatest. Purchase your own toilet paper if you care about that kind of thing. Couches were comfy and kitchen was nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We enjoyed it!

Relaxing bday trip

Me and some friends needed a break from work and chose Pensacola. The cones was super cute and clean. Everyone else staying in the building was super friendly and the hot tub was the cherry on top. 10/10 would book again

Perfect location. I have stayed here in other units previously and loved it. This unit is clean but could use to be updated. Elevators are an issue, so give yourself extra time if you need to be somewhere.

Emerald Isle was wonderful! It was right in the beach. The beach was not crowded. The condo was great for me and 2 friend girl trip for a wedding. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very clean. We were close to a lot of restaurants and shopping!

Great view and location

The only thing that need to be address is the Master bathroom towel rack and shower door handle. We didn’t realize cigarette smoking was allowed so we did have to deal with the constant smell from next door. We spent most of our time out and about anyway and we would stay in 1004 again

The property was great!! The codes were a headache!!! Our codes worked somewhat everywhere except for the gate from the beach to pool area...it never did work! But other than that, no complaints; it was very nice!!

Great view, location, and cleanliness - minor updates needed

Condo had a great view, in an amazing location, and was quite clean. Overall, five star! However, property does need a little maintenance. (Example, Dish washer not properly screwed into cabinet, curtains in master bedroom kept falling down, no blow dryer in bathroom, living room furniture not the most comfortable. )

Great Spot in Pensacola Beach

The location is nice if you're trying to get away from the busy part of Pensacola Beach. It's the furthest tall hotel looking building from the pier/restaurants/water tower, but it's still a walkable distance to all of that. The unit was clean, and it was decorated very nicely. My girlfriend loved it. Check in/check out was all code based, and it was very easy to deal with. One thing I didn't see mentioned in any of the info I received was that the local beach umbrella/chair rental company offers some free rentals for certain rooms in this building. They set up the chairs every morning, and you just have to tell them your room number. If we had known about this offer, we wouldn't have even packed our umbrella and chairs. Minor irk: the water on the front of the refrigerator comes out so SLOWLY, like nearly 10 minutes to fill up a 32 oz. bottle.

Many problems

Building problems:Only one elevator working for our stay resulted in countless 10-20 minute long waits. All the codes to remember were a pain in the neck. Overall old and rundown. Unit problems: Towel rack and shower door handle broken. Freezer was broken and unusable. Looked like a solid block of ice. I had read about these problems in some old reviews and had assumed they were fixed.I didn’t ask to have them fixed while I was there because I didn’t want this cutting into our beach days. Seemed like easy fixes. Not sure why they hadn’t been addressed before. Will return to Pensacola Beach, but not to Emerald Isle.

Needs Help

If you plan to stay here and they have not upgraded the bed in the second bedroom be prepared to have to remove the top mattress and have someone sleep in the living room. The bed in there is so flimsy and squeaky our daughter could not sleep on it. When you pay this much for a place you expect the furniture to be decent. Also bring a bigger skillet as the one they have is medium size. It could be great with some minor improvements. Don’t go by the pictures on the site there is not a couch in the 2nd bedroom. The view is great but there are other places that might have better furniture and such. Also bring extra tp, they only provide 1 roll per room. We would not stay in this unit again.

Family friendly

I loved the family friendly atmosphere and location. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit 1004. It really needs a deep clean and repairs. The primary bedroom. Door is a pocket door which does not close all the way. We had my son's friend with us and I would have like to have had better privacy. The primary shower doesn't close. The kitchen is too scantily stocked. I have rented condos and homes on the beach and did expect better than odds and ends and chipped plates. There were not blankets. The too small for the bed "blanket" that was on the bed was thinner than a towel. I would have liked an extra blanket and a couple extra towels. We used a ton of paper towels because there are only 2 small dish towels. Those were new and had to be washed to get them to absorb. I assume they provide them for each rental. I would possibly stay again but in a different unit. I really appreciated the2 chairs and umbrella which came with the rental. I was unaware of that.

1004 has potential but needs some TLC

This unit has great potential but needs some maintenance and updated items throughout. Main bathroom towel racks fall off, hole in the wall, shower door handle falls off, multiple lamp bulbs out (we repaired bulb stuck in living room ceiling light and replaced those two bulbs), light over cooktop out, laundry room doors stick and pulled off track, fridge water dispenser has only a trickle of water, inside fridge most of the shelves are gone, freezer has big frost issue - needs ice machine maintenance. There was no tv in the small room (as shown in photos), also only had a very ratty white cubby for hanging clothes (closet door for that room is locked shut). Basic items this unit needs to have: vacuum cleaner, a frying pan (only a very small rusty one cabinet), slotted flat spatula, dish strainer, hangers, drawers in the main bedroom (there was nowhere to put socks, underwear, etc.)
