This unit sleeps 9 MAX including children in a bed but 8 would be a better fit unless the last two are kids, so please read the bed descriptions and watch the video. We strictly adhere to the maximum amount of people allowed !! Nice roomy 1,962 sq feet of living space 4 bedroom /4 bath DIRECT GULF FRONT on the 15th floor it doesn't get much better than this !

I like to be very truthful in describing all condos so please watch the video it is the second picture in. This condo includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella at the beach chair service Lazy Days thru the end of October when the season winds up. That is available 7 days a week March 1st-Oct 31st ,8 am til 6 pm peak season ,weather permitting of course !!

This is a luxury 4 bedroom Upgraded Condo - floor to ceiling windows give panoramic views of the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath premium condo is located on the 15th floor at Beach Club Resort & Spa on Pensacola Beach right in the core of the beach within walking distance to shopping,restaurants ,bars and gulf front !
Due to the parking being tight there are only 2 parking passes allowed to be given per rental because parking is simply at a premium in the high season. Just wanted to be clear and upfront about that from the get go as set forth in the rules from the HOA. If you have a 3rd vehicle you will have to park it off premise as The Beach Club will tow extra cars beyond 2 to a unit . There is pay to park parking next door but it's not guaranteed to be a spot during high season it's first come first serve. Mainly July is when it is max capacity.
Rules and other important info ! This sleeps 9 MAX including children please read bed descriptions below and you must be 25 years old to book AND be staying on premise. NO PETS and NO SMOKING that includes the balconies. Thank you for following these rules set forth by the owner and or the HOA . Travel insurance is always suggested to buy via vrbo at the start of your booking . I know VRBO offers different types of insurance and is offered at the time of booking .We do not sell travel insurance so see what VRBO offers and covers but be sure to look at the available polices and what they include . No refunds are given for bad weather, hurricanes, or storms so please when booking look into travel insurance.

Sleeping accommodations. There is a king size bed in the master, the second master bedroom has a murphy queen bed, the third bedroom is a queen bed and the last bedroom is set up for kids with a full bed on the bottom, and stairs that go up to a twin bed. The couch is not a pull out so in beds there is a MAX of 9 people allowed including children and please read the description of the bed types . There is also a 'playard' which is similar to a pack and play just a different name for babies purchased brand new as of Aug 2021 for use with your young ones and one less thing to pack !

4th Bedroom: Queen bed, ample closet space, Overlooks the breezeway - south views of the sound. Bathroom (detached) includes a vanity and travertine shower.
Open kitchen plan, allows ample living and dining space. Sliders are Hurricane Rated floor to ceiling glass, spanning a 10' opening to extend the patio to in/outdoor living.

The Tower of Beach Club Resort and Residences is a gated resort, fully-loaded with amenities. Heated, Medetranian-inspired indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, direct beach access, spa, gym, and dedicated beach chair service available for hire.
The Gym is OPEN! The spacious full gym is bright with natural light, and overlooks the outdoor pool. For added COVID-19 precaution, there is dedicated management for increased control over cleanliness, and occupancy. The spa offers both dry and steam saunas, showers, and locker room. These amenities are included in your stay. This resort is walking distance to several in/outdoor restaurants, and the boardwalk. FREE Island Beach Trolley station at the entry of the resort. Enjoy family activities near Beach Club such as miniature golf, funny cars, or nature tours at Fort Pickens. Adventurous guests can go charter fishing, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, or serious biking on The Seashore Bicycle Trail, a nationally registered 40-mile bike trail from Pensacola Beach to Navarre.
