ESCAPE to Pensacola Beach!!! Beautiful renovated one bedroom condo on Sabine Bay. The unit is available July 6 to 11th. You can see the Blue Angels practice during the week and do their run through on Friday. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You are just across the street from Pensacola Beaches beautiful white sand and blue waters. You are walking distance to restaurants, stores and activities. Pensacola Beach is the ideal destination if you are looking for a wide variety of activities. Soak in the sun-drenched days while you enjoy your vacation the way it is supposed to be. We had a perfect stay at this condo for our trip to Pensacola Beach. The condo is close enough to walk to the boardwalk/restaurants and the beach is just across the street. The condo was perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the bay which was a pleasant surprise.

The place was clean, easy to get to, close to everything in Pensacola Beach. Mostly quiet, there was construction maintenance going on, but no big deal for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at before and chose to come back. It is the perfect spot for relaxation. I like to drive down to the national park and spend my days at Langdon Beach and explore Ft. Pickens. It is also a short drive to the east to many shops and restaurants. Thank you for the spot to relax.

This little jewel was perfect for my stay. The home is very well kept, clean and has all kitchen amenities. It also has 3 small beach chairs if needed. I will definitely use this property again. Perfect for 1-2 guests. Thank you Cathy!

My husband and I had a quick getaway to Pensacola Beach. We booked this condo due to the reviews. We had a slight hiccup in the beginning but Cathy was quick to respond. Overall we enjoyed the condo & would rebook again. The location is great, parking was no issue, the condo is spacious! There are also two fans we brought our own because I wasn’t sure but wanted to mention in case someone else is like us it has one. The condo stayed nice & cool though even though it was decently hot for end of July & August.

Work was being done so exterior cleanliness wasn’t the best. To be expected. The new AC units sitting outside each condo on a platform was a terrible plan. Horrible roaring noise constantly throughout the day and occasionally at night since they didn’t run as much. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. May I suggest having kleenex in the condo.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this cute condo. Everything was clean and comfortable! It was amazingly quiet on the busiest weekend of the year! The location was great for access to soundside, gulfside and close to the heart of Pensacola Beach restaurants. The owner was very responsive.

This was my girlfriend and my first experience with a VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The kitchen is very nice and up to date as well as the bathroom. The bedroom had a massive king and was very comfortable. For two people, you have ample space to live and not be on top of one another. On top of all that, it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone considering.
