Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo

Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". This is a newly updated large beach front corner 4th floor condo with a beautiful view. This is the largest two bedroom with a washer/dryer in Sans Souci. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an extra room with a full over full bunk bed. This extra room that comes with this two bedroom unit makes all the difference and is hard to find elsewhere! You also have access to a storage room on the first floor where you can store your beach chairs/toys etc. We have three TVs and three DVD players, and smart TV capability.

You are so close to the water you can see dolphins swimming in the beautiful clear water. There are several very good local restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. When you are tired from a day at the beach, just walk across the street to the infamous Peg Leg Pete's. The front entrance also offers a beautiful view of the bay. San Souci is gated and safe. We look forward to having you as our guests!

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed often on in the pensacola Fort Walton area for years since our kids were little and have finally found our favorite place. Will be booking this for next year as soon as tomorrow and may not wait all the way till next year to go again. As a couple that has stayed at several different Sans Souci condos mutiple times over the last 5 or so years, this was hands down best yet! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent, very quickly responded to, and just an all around joy! We will absolutely seek out this condo for our upcoming stays!

Good times & Tan lines will be our new go-to getaway spot! The condo was very clean, cozy, & spacious for a two bedroom. It’s off the main strip, but still walking distance to everything. The beach access was very nice & private. This was definitely a 5⭐️ stay!

Unit was clean, comfy, and so convenient to the sand and surf! We were perfectly situated to spend time on the beach, and slept so well in the super comfortable beds. The reserved, covered parking spot was fabulous, and we really appreciated having access to the closet of beach chairs, toys, etc. We loved this condo, and had a fabulous week in beautiful Pensacola Beach!
