We wanted a special place to bring family; especially a comfortable place for grandparents. This place seemed to check all the boxes. It was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and spacious. Stocked with everything you needed for a week stay. We rented four different units in this building and they were all perfect for each family. The end unit with four bedrooms was the most special of the four. I would not hesitate to rent in this building. It appears that all units are well appointed and maintained.

We had a great stay -- The sunset terrace had wonderful view of the setting sun on the bayside. The unit was great for 3 adult couples and one infant. The balcony view Gulfside was wonderful. Looking forward to next year's trip.

Short family trip to beach in late January. Weather was not good, but condo and location were off the charts. Spacious, clean, incredibly balconies, fully outfitted, great workout facility and perfect location. Will definitely be coming back for week long stay soon!

The property was beautiful! Wonderful amount of space for two families to spread out. We loved all the extras that came with the unit (beach chairs and umbrella, ice maker, fully stocked kitchen, sauna and huge balconies with views). Easy access to pool and beach as well. It will go down as one of the BEST vacations and beach condo!

My family came to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The condo was exactly like listed. The kitchen was well stocked! Loved having an ice maker. All beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic condo and a fantastic location.. The views from the master bedroom in the morning is awesome .. Two nice master bedrooms the one up front has a wonderful view of the gulf and a huge bathroom with jacuzzi, the one in back has a huge balcony as well overlooking the bay ... Wonderful facility and great location .. Our only problem was we were there for work and in January everything on the island closes down very early but besides that was a great trip

Plenty of room for 8 condo stocked with all you need in the kitchen. The only problem we had was the outdoor grill we called twice and it still was not fixed. Plan on returning next year. Had a great visit at the beach club.

Property was nice but the noise from crew on scaffolding was most disruptive! Was hoping for nice, quite relaxing time on the balcony. But it was disrupted by the noise of dragging metal posts across the concrete and mexican workers hoisted up in front of our balcony while they worked. No one wants the view of workers, invasion of privacy and noise on their vaca!!

We loved this condo!!! It has everything you need. Our family vacay was perfect!! The condo is decorated so pretty. All our beds were comfy. We cooked a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The patios are huge and a nice place to take a break. The location of this condo was close to everything. We will be back next year!!

This condo was awesome. Both balconies were huge and great for hanging out. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Worked out great for days when we all had to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Thanks for a wonderful week!

I am not the only one to say that 2020 was a rough year and I and my family really looked forward to this family vacation in Pensacola. The Condo maintained by Beach Bum was spectacular! Clean, fully stocked, helpful services like grocery shopping that saved me hours of time so I could spend a relaxing first day on the beach! The condo itself has spectacular views, worth every penny for it was heavenly. Book it - you will not be disappointed!

Such an amazing condo!!!!! A luxurious condo, with everything a person would need while on vacation. Beautiful view,and an ideal location!!!! We could walk to restaurants, stores,everything. We've stayed in this building before, but this is our first time in this condo. Beach Bums are the greatest. This condo was comfortable and sparkling clean. There were books to read and games and puzzles for downtime. The linens are luxurious and the beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made many meals. Walking distance to GREAT restaurants. The view is incredible. You can see the sunrise and sunset! I highly recommend this condo and Beach Bums!

This was, I believe, our 5th time staying at this property. Each time we experienced the same issue with parking. We are four sisters and spouses meeting in Pensacola once a year. We come from 4 different directions. Therefore we have 4 vehicles. We’ve rented a condo with 4 bedrooms. Yet, we can only have 2 parking passes. This year two of the families met up to travel together so we needed only 3 passes. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for 8 people to have 4 parking passes. Some families come in only one vehicle. They might not need more than one pass. I would think you could accommodate one pass/bedroom as needed.especially as we travel in winter. I would ansk that you reconsider your policy. Other than this everything is wonderful. Thank you.

We had a great time at this wonderful condo. I grew up here and still have family & friends in the area who came over for visits, all were impressed. The balcony views were incredible and the décor was beyond expectations. It was great to walk to "Bands on the Beach"/Tuesday nights; The Boardwalk and Paradise Bar across the street. Great location for everything. Lila was great to work with and we met her cleanup crew as we were leaving, all were very nice and professional. I will definitely book this one again and give my highest recommendations in everyway. One a side note, I am a wine drinker and loved the wine cooler which wasn't mentioned in the profile.
