"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. "Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! "We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. The room offered beautiful views, was clean and well maintained. The property had a wonderful garden where you can relax after a long day walking. "We were made very welcome, and so were our two dogs. Breakfasts were perfect (vegetarian) with lots on offer. The bed was comfortable and the landlady is very friendly and attentive."

We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful.
