"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you.

"The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "
